This and that
Yesterday when I looked out of the window this is what I saw. Not a great picture but somehow rainbows gives one a hope of a fine day tomorrow even though the weather forecast is a bit on the downside.
I also made a start on my gypsy doll. As you might remember the fabrics I got in the kit to work with are not my cup of tea at all. I really shy away from fabrics that I cannot handle and this blue knit fabric is one of them. So since I have to use this fabric I decided I will use the tiniest of bit possible and so here is how I have used it. I am sorry I can't show the whole figure yet as it is for a challenge and I think it won't be fair for me to show the whole doll yet until the judging takes place. So even though my work has progressed much more than this I can't show it yet. It will be end of October when I will be able to show her. But wish me luck with her as she has really been a challenge to make.
I will be away for a bit so until then bientôt

So far she is looking great. I think the small bit of blue, makes a lovely contrast to the gold.
