If only I could do half of what this little guy is doing I would be that much more toned and fitter lol! So here is his body almost complete. I know I have to shape him a bit more but he is coming along fairly well considering I have almost no experience in sculpting with paperclay.
He looks well-proportioned, Shashi, and I love those sturdy feet he has!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see where you're going with this one.
LOL - that looks familiar. Is he from a Katherine Walmsley class? Hers was the very first set of instructions I was able to complete a sculpt from, though mine is still stark naked, poor baby. Yours is coming along great!
ReplyDeleteFascinating to watch him "appear"..
ReplyDeleteHe's looking good, can't wait to see him fiished. Although I had heard about paperclay, I've never had the opportunity to play with it, until a fortnight ago when I did a workshop with Alyan Midgelow-Marsden when she was in this area, what fun day we had making beads, necklaces and bowls. Thought about making noses and lips for dolls, but not a full figure. Maybe, I'll have to add that to my list. Diana
ReplyDeleteLooks like something we do in our Pilates class, lol !!!!!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see how you do the head.....he's looking good :-)
