Another Fledgling!


Today I captured this little baby woodpecker on camera. He was being taught by his mother how to drink water. Couldn't get a picture of his mother, she is wily but he was so funny he kept falling into the water or out of the water trying to get a drink from the trough lol!

    What an amazing picture Shashi, I've never seen a baby woodpecker that small. Glad the poor guy didn't drown! Deb
