Treasures of the deep

During beach combing I found these treasures, well they are treasures for me although they don't look that great compared to shells from other parts of the world. There is always something exciting about finding your own shells for me? I may give a facelift to couple of these shells.

  1. much better looking then the shells i find, most of the ones i find or broken :/

  2. Lovely finds; I miss beach combing.

  3. A facelift? as in a face poking out of one or two of them? I did somebody's class with clay...and we did a little man ...whose class was that? ...must check......

  4. They look lovely to me! I used to live near the sea in the UK and I miss it here in land locked Arkansas. Very pretty shells. I love the big whelks. Maybe you should make a mermaid to sit with them?

  5. My experience has always been that the shells speak stronger to me when I get them home. I have faith I selected them for good reason and feeling, most important 'feeling''!
