Google has discontinued the blogger app and I am feeling lost without it. It was so easy to post with it and it was free. Now they want us to buy an app. This one I am posting from is a trial one. Which I did not realise as it does not say that! I came
to know because after a few minutes it keeps asking me to buy the app. I don't think I am going to do that until I am sure. I want to try some other apps too free ones to see if that would be enough for me. They are crafty the way they present these apps.
I have been away travelling a lot hence I have not been posting much as I have been feeling very tired and jet lagged. When I returned from my travels my garden had transform from green to several shades of gold orange and red. Felt like I had walked
into a different world.
So here comes the test . Let's see if this works as well as they say it will.
Hello Shashi, it looks as though it worked fine but what a pain for you. I hate when you try something and then the demands for payment start arriving. Your autumn photographs are really beautiful. x
ReplyDeleteHi Barbara thank you for dropping by. I did not use that app but I had to buy another which seems to be ok so far . At least it was not expensive.
Deletewow, love your garden photos! Hope u get the app thing figured out - i never blog from a phone just a laptop. Sounds like you have been busy.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sandy. I use iPad because I don't want to strain my wrists too much sitting on the computer
DeleteHi Shashi, Don't fear. I have been using this program for a few years now. It's perfect, easy to use and totally free. It was a Microsoft program but is now open source. Check it out. You can edit posts and put pictures where you want them and they don't move...lol Thank you for the comments on my blog, much appreciated.

Hi Ramona thank you for the link. I could not install it on my iPad. Either my iPad is too old to accept the program or I don't know how to😀. Looks like a good site though.
Deleteyour garden looks so pretty :)
ReplyDeleteI can't stand blogging apps, find it really hard to post anything with them
Since I get wrist pain typing on computers I have to use iPad. Have been hinting to my husband for a new iPad as this one is quiet old. Some functions don't work properly. I think I might get one soo😀
Deletethere are better and cheaper tablets out there so dont just get an ipad without doing some research. the inlaws tablets are really nice and take photos too if you need one with that function. ipads are ok but the market for tablets has grown so much, its worth having a look at other types. unless you are stuck using apple apps (and there are androids versions of most of them). I know its personal preference but with mac products, you are generally paying more for the name. I would only have one if someone else was paying for it lol
