Drying time

I have been working on the body and it is drying time again. My hands want to get on with the sanding but I have to wait patiently. In the meantime I finished the head but dropped it once and flattened the nose a bit but thank goodness not too much that I could not remedy it.

  1. This looks really interesting. So glad the doll's nose can be repaired especially after flattening the nose a little. You're doing such a wonderful sculpt.

    1. Thank you Beth Ann I am pleased with it so far considering I really haven't done much paperclay work.

  2. I love the shapes and can’t wait to see the finished results (sorry I know I should wait patiently like you) :-) Hugs Barbara

    1. Ha ha yes I am feeling so impatient to get on with it but I can only spend a couple of hours on it and that too not every day so it is slow going.

  3. She's coming along beautifully, Shashi! What a relief for you that there wasn't too much damage to the head after dropping it.

  4. Yes it was a relief. Actually since it is such a small head and so light I did not expect any damage on it but it did get damaged but luckily not too much
