I have been away again from my blog this was due to being away visiting mum. After I got back things have been hectic. Finally I have started arranging my craft room. Sorting things out is a nightmare. I am down sizing and getting rid of a lot of things. There are things I did not know I had and some things that I don’t know why I bought.😀 I am getting there slowly. I hope to get back to blogging soon “My Famous Last Words”😀!
Hope your mom is doing well! It must feel good to be back home though. Sorting, downsizing, all that stuff...yeah ..i've done that and need to do it again!

DeleteOh, can I ever relate Shashi.... right now my "hobby room" is a major disaster area. After the last reno/salvage project from water damage in April...well, it never really got back in action. I lost all my mojo.. didn't even want to go int here except at night to read on the little couch when Greg went to bed too early.
ReplyDeleteThis week is out of the question as it is our yearly neighbourhood "progressive" party..where we have 5 couples who each have a different course...and, we wander back and forth to each other's houses... to eat and drink and generally have a lot of laughs til well after midnight.
We are appetizers this year... and, the theme is African...so I have been busy tidying up the rest of the house... making some tiny meatballs and some little breads...today I am making a spicy peanut curry sauce to put those little meatballs into and tomorrow..some sweet, sticky chicken pieces... ooooohhh... yummy ....
Next week I still have the granite guys coming by to see if they can polish out the scuff marks they left on it after re-cutting it to fit the stove .. and, the furnace guy to do a yearly check on the furnace and the ... well, maybe there is one more and I can't even remember who...I am so tired of trades and idiots..but, it should be over by next week.
Then...I will be hard on your heels ... cleaning and tossing and re-organzing my hobby room .. just in time for summer and not using it because I will be outside gardening and golfing..hahahhahah...........ooooh...this turned into a novella....sorry ..... but, there you have it. My life in a comment box...
Oh i do feel for you Vee. All that water damage must have been heart breaking. You have to do it slowly. It does seem to take forever. Hope yours get sorted out by summer at least.

ReplyDeleteI am finding that sorting out those bits and bobs are the most difficult part. They seem to b creeping out from the woodworks as it were. I keep finding things in all odd places😀
