This guy is back looking at our fish from the neighbour’s roof. I am not sure if he is the one from last year or not. This one seems to be bold. He just looked at me disdainfully when I made shooing noises at him. He took his own time to slowly spread his wings and fly away. Our fish are safe as we have got netting to protect them but the smaller pond is not protected. Even though there are no fish in it, there are other wild life like the tadpoles and nutes in it and i don’t want them to be eaten up๐.
uh oh.... hope the little ones are safe. We have a lot of them at our lake. One let me get real close and follow him around taking photos when he was close to the shore line one day. Got him with fish in his mouth.
ReplyDeleteThey look majestic but i hate it when they try to catch our fish๐. Guess its nature we cannot do much about.
Deletestarts hearing Jaws music in the background :p
ReplyDeleteHa ha ha
DeleteWell this bird is rather large isn't he? Glad the fish pond, at least one of them, has a protective net. Keep shooing him away and maybe he'll become annoyed and won't come back.
ReplyDeleteI found that i am not as annoyed with him as i am with the crow which tried to catch the fish.๐
