I finally finished my pumpkin girl. I can see a lot of flaws in her. But one has to learn to do it better. I do find hard to judge the baking time for polymer clay in my oven. Since its a small oven I feel it really does not get upto the right temperature because the stem on her head kept snapping off. Anyway finally all done. I think the colour could have been lighter and a bit more orange in it. Here she is, hope you like her.
She is fabulous Shashi!
ReplyDeleteThank you Karen. I learnt a lot from this class. Polymer clay is not my forte 😊. Shashi
ReplyDeleteshe looks great! have you tried bake and bond on parts like the stem before?
ReplyDeleteYou did great Shashi. I am just in the process of painting. I didn't have any orange paint, so I've been mixing yellow and red to get different levels of orange. I didn't do the vines on the feet, I made shoes instead. I hope mine is done by the weekend, but I tend to fuss a lot... LOL
