Just doodling

I have been doodling a bit. I was trying to delete some photos of mine to make space for the others when I came across this one of shoe flowers so suddenly I felt like sketching it before deleting it.


 This one is of a leaf, yes it is a leaf and it doesn't look like one but I got this picture from Sandy's blog. She kindly gave permission to sketch it if someone wanted to so I decided to have a go.
I think I better get to back to my sewing though lol!

    Both sketches are lovely.

    The first flower reminds me of a hibiscus. We used to have them in our garden when I was growing up.
