Whimsical pixie

Meet Mr Appleberry the mischievous pixie. He is the keeper of apples. You will find him hiding amongst the Royal Galas, the Coxes, the Pink ladies , the Granny Smiths and amongst many others. Next time you go to the market Be quick to choose the best apples and put them in your basket or else it will be whisked away from right under your noses 


This doll was inspired from a children's story book illustration. Had great fun making him.

      Thanks Jules, I was worried that his head might not go with the body but since he was going to be whimsical it did not matter

      Thanks Carol. I was inspired by a storybook illustration so one could say he is not entirely my idea. Only the idea to make a doll is mine :-)

    Hi Shashi, Mr. Appleberry is adorable, and you are one very creative lady. I did read your post a couple of days ago, but I was using my tablet and couldn’t log in to leave a comment. I don’t mind though because it means I got to admire Mr. Appleberry all over again. He looks like the illustration on the front of The Book of Little Folk – is that where you got the idea from?

    Thanks Vee I don't think he features in a story as such it was just an illustration on the book which some stories o magical beings :)
